  • It depends on your preference! Majority of clients find a session every two weeks to be ideal.

    This gives them time to work on their Actionable Steps, yet also know they will be held (kindly) accountable in the near-future.

  • $50 is a lot of money if you are on a tight budget! If you cannot afford it, do not worry! We will be here when you can ๐Ÿ™‚
